It woul be nice if a list of upcoming calendar events were listed on the phones lock screen. Makes it easy for a quick glance of upcoming events.

Add/Invite attendees to a Calendar appointment

This one is pretty simple. Currently you can create an appointment in the calendar but you cannot add invitees. Ideally you should be able to add invitees to existing appointments as well as new appointments. This features is necessary if iPhone is to be used as a Blackberry replacement in an enterprise.

This feature allows you to dial into a conference call or meeting directly from a calendar appointment. Most business meetings today that include a conference dial-in, include the dial-in number and passcode in the calendar appointment text. Blackberries and Windows Mobile phones have allowed dialing into meetings from a calendar appointment for several versions. A great bonus feature would be to
